Transit claims

If you have received broken or damaged items in your order please read below prior to submitting your claim

  1. Claims MUST be submitted within 3 working days from the date of signing for the goods.
  2. Claims after this period are not covered by our insurance but may still be considered by Dine A Chook Management.
  3. In the event, your 3 days period is over, all decisions for extended coverage are at the discretion of Dine A Chook Management and said decisions are final.
