Stainless Steel Wire Mesh Mounting Hardware

Dine a Chook Feeders and Drinkers are built to be installed using the moulded rear mounting hooks. As part of the Feeder or Drinker unit, these hooks are designed for strength and durability. Where a Dine a Chook Mounting Kit has been used correctly and weight is distributed evenly between the top and bottom hooks, your Dine a Chook will last for years and years.

We make installation easy by providing a complimentary Mounting Kit for timber and metal with all of our Dine a Chook Feeders and Drinkers. For wire mesh chicken coops, additional Mounting Hardware - washers and bolts - will be needed to fit the steel brackets.

Installing a Dine a Chook Feeder or Drinker on cage wire

Dine a Chook Feeders and Drinkers are not designed to be installed directly onto cage wire or wire mesh using the rear mounting hooks.

All Feeders and Drinkers must be installed using the steel brackets provided in the complimentary Mounting Kit. This ensures that weight is evenly distributed and is a condition of warranty.

Washers and bolts can be used to install the steel brackets on cage wire.

Our Wire Mesh Mounting Kits provide everything you need for mounting a Dine a Chook Feeder or a Dine a Chook upright Drinker (4 L, 2 L or Upright Compact Automatic) on most square-gauge wire using the steel brackets provided with your Feeder or Drinker.
